Our Process
We meet each parent for an individual intake session to assess their circumstances and whether FDR can work for them. This includes a thorough safety assessment.

The aim of the process is to come to a Parenting Plan that sets a clear structure that families can follow in real life.
A Parenting Plan can be about anything that you feel is important to your children to give them stability into the future. It is important that these are clear and structured in a way to avoid future disputes.

At the conclusion of the mediation process, our practitioner will create a Parenting Plan containing the agreements that you have come to. This document is required to be dated and signed by each parent. Our practitioner will facilitate this signing process.
